By using BetterServe you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Service
BetterServe is a platform for discovering and listing local businesses. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

2. Business Listings
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information. Misleading content may result in suspension.

3. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. Fake reviews, whether positive or negative, are prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via PayFast. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with South African Consumer Protection Act requirements.

5. Intellectual Property
Content you upload (logos, photos, descriptions) remains yours. You grant BetterServe a licence to display it on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability
BetterServe is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from use of the platform beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
